Nurtured Wellness Coaching

Looking for extra support to improve your health and wellness? Nurtured wellness coaching services might be just what you’re looking for. These sessions are fun and encouraging, uniquely tailored to help you reach those difficult goals.

Format: We’ll meet on Zoom, in the comforts of your favorite spot. After getting to know one another, we’ll discuss your wellness goals and dive right in. My hope is that in our time together you feel heard, understood—and nurtured. Please make sure you have good internet reception and have space to talk freely. We can meet one-on-one or together with a friend of yours.

Wellness session with a friend: If you go this route, you and a friend get to work on your health and wellness together! How awesome is that? Before we meet, you’ll want to be sure to identify one or two wellness topics you’d both like to focus on in our joint session (or should I say party?).

Gift it! Yes, any of these services can be gifted to that special someone. Please contact me directly through my website to make the arrangements.

What does a session look like?

In our one-hour session, I’ll be sure to: (1) provide you with practical and accurate information, tips, and ideas, (2) explore existing or potential roadblocks to achieving your goals, and (3) help you develop a wellness plan that fits your life.

Follow-up thirty-minute sessions are also available to check in, answer questions, touch base about how your goals are (or aren’t) coming along and analyze solutions to roadblocks. These are offered as follow-up sessions for those who have already completed a one-hour wellness session.

Prepare for your upcoming pregnancy adventure! It may come as a surprise, but there’s actually a lot to consider when trying to set yourself up for a healthy pregnancy. The direction of our conversation in this session can vary, but popular topics include general health, lifestyle and habits, birth control considerations, work or school plans, vaccines, relationships, tracking ovulation, prenatal vitamins, and what to expect in pregnancy and postpartum.

Pregnancy is quite the experience, right? There’s so much going on and sometimes we just need a little extra TLC and an opportunity to focus on our pregnancy. Being a healthy mama means you can enjoy this season more and help that little one grow and develop. This session is all about you, so for a single meeting, we’ll focus on a wellness topic or two you’re interested in. See the options on this page for ideas or bring your own.

In this package, designed to supplement your routine maternity care, we’ll work together to nurture, inspire, and equip you in pregnancy and motherhood. Included are five, one-hour sessions that you can schedule throughout your motherhood adventure. It often works well to meet every trimester and save two visits for postpartum. You’ll preselect a few areas of health and wellness you’d like to focus on and can modify them as we go.
