What does a session look like?
In our one-hour session, I’ll be sure to: (1) provide you with practical and accurate information, tips, and ideas, (2) explore existing or potential roadblocks to achieving your goals, and (3) help you develop a wellness plan that fits your life.
Follow-up thirty-minute sessions are also available to check in, answer questions, touch base about how your goals are (or aren’t) coming along and analyze solutions to roadblocks. These are offered as follow-up sessions for those who have already completed a one-hour wellness session.
Prepare for your upcoming pregnancy adventure! It may come as a surprise, but there’s actually a lot to consider when trying to set yourself up for a healthy pregnancy. The direction of our conversation in this session can vary, but popular topics include general health, lifestyle and habits, birth control considerations, work or school plans, vaccines, relationships, tracking ovulation, prenatal vitamins, and what to expect in pregnancy and postpartum.
Pregnancy is quite the experience, right? There’s so much going on and sometimes we just need a little extra TLC and an opportunity to focus on our pregnancy. Being a healthy mama means you can enjoy this season more and help that little one grow and develop. This session is all about you, so for a single meeting, we’ll focus on a wellness topic or two you’re interested in. See the options on this page for ideas or bring your own.
Having a baby turns your whole life upside down, no matter how cute and precious that new little bundle is. Especially in the beginning, it’s even hard to find time to eat or take a shower, let alone sleep, right? Hang in there! No need to get discouraged; you’re not alone. We can work together to help you not only survive (yes, really, it’s possible!) but also to find opportunities in your busy day to care for yourself and work toward your health and wellness goals.
This option is for those of you looking to work together only after you have your baby. Included are four, one-hour sessions that you can schedule as you’d like, within one year of having your baby. Some people find it helpful to schedule their first session as early as two weeks after birth, though it’s up to you and depends on what type of support you need early on.
